Gunite Pros may collect information needed to operate PoolFlow Field Ops, including employee names, work email addresses, mobile phone numbers, job assignments, schedules, task activity, time records, and SMS consent records.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use this information to operate our field business, manage authorized users, coordinate jobs, record work activity, provide support, and send opted-in operational text notifications such as clock-in reminders, job assignments, schedule changes, task reminders, jobsite updates, and urgent repair notifications.

MOBILE INFORMATION AND CONSENT
We do not sell, rent, share, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver and support our communications, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Message frequency varies according to work schedules and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

DATA PROTECTION AND RETENTION
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to authorized personnel and service providers. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for operations, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations.
