PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Gunite Pros employee text-notification program provides opted-in employees and authorized team members with operational messages from PoolFlow Field Ops. Messages may include clock-in reminders, job assignments, schedule changes, task reminders, jobsite updates, and urgent repair notifications. These messages are not marketing or promotional messages.

CONSENT AND FREQUENCY
By submitting the SMS consent form, you consent to receive recurring automated operational text messages from Gunite Pros at the mobile number you provide. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies according to work schedules and operational activity.

CHARGES
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Gunite Pros does not charge a separate fee for these messages.

OPT OUT AND HELP
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email admin@gunitepros.com. Opting out of SMS does not prevent necessary work communications through other channels.

DELIVERY
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier processing.

PRIVACY
Your mobile information is handled as described in the Gunite Pros Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

CHANGES
Gunite Pros may update these terms when the program changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
